Denholtz Associates Inks Two Lease Renewals/Expansions at Silver Star Commerce Center

Denholtz Associates announces two industrial lease renewals and expansions with Grabber Construction Products, Inc. for 10,800 square feet, which is a 3,300-square-foot expansion, and C.Q. Insulation Inc. for 13,950 square feet, which is a 3,150-square-foot expansion, at Silver Star Commerce Center in Orlando, Fla.

Spanning eight industrial flex buildings ranging in size from 26,400 to 39,600 square feet, Silver Star Commerce Center is currently 87 percent leased by 26 different tenants. The property boasts unparalleled access with a strategic location directly west of North John Young Parkway and benefits from nearby access to State Route 434 and US Highway 441 as well as Interstate 4. Additionally, Orlando International Airport is less than 12 miles from the property.

“Following our acquisition of the property in 2017, it has been a priority to find and retain tenants to effectively execute our multi-tenant leasing strategy and in turn bring the property up to maximum profitability and efficiency,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Denholtz Associates. “Both tenants recognized that renewing and expanding their leases at Silver Star Commerce Center would allow them to continue to take advantage of Silver Star’s flexible and well-located industrial space along with the superior level of service we deliver to all our tenants.”

Bobby Isola and Kristin Bailey of Cite Partners represented Denholtz Associates in both transactions.
