Hamilton, N.J. (April 25, 2019) – Denholtz Associates announces an office space lease renewal with APTIM Facilities, Inc. for 14,464 square feet at 500 Horizon Drive in the Horizon Center in Hamilton, N.J.
Headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, APTIM is a multi-national engineering, program management, environmental services, disaster recovery, complex facility maintenance, and construction services provider. Working out of 500 Horizon Drive, APTIM’s Facilities Management division is trusted by clients including power-generating stations, refineries, military bases, and even disaster-recovery zones, due to their reputation for safety, cost-efficiency, trustworthiness, reliability, and worry-free work quality.
Acquired in 2018 from Mack-Cali, the Horizon Center portfolio consists of five office/flex buildings and two development sites, totaling 236,284 square feet. The Horizon Center is well-situated just outside of the Princeton, N.J. area, with easy access to roadways such as the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 1 and 130, as well as a number of mass transportation options. Located just across from the Horizon Center lies the Hamilton Marketplace, a 959,900-square-foot retail center housing national brands such as Barnes & Noble, Lowe’s, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, and more. In addition, a variety of other shopping, banking, restaurant and hotel options are located within close proximity.
