Compensation Package

The Denholtz compensation program provides competitive base pay, commensurate with experience and market conditions. Additionally, variable compensation based on individual and company performance is paid in form of bonuses.

Denholtz offers a generous insured benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability and health-related savings accounts as well as other voluntary benefit options.

Time Off Benefits

The company has designed a comprehensive time off leave program for all full time staff in recognition of the need to be away from the job for illness, vacation, holidays or personal reasons.

Retirement Benefits

The company offers a tax-deferred retirement savings, allowing employees to plan for their financial future. We provide a matching benefit of $0.50 per dollar to a maximum of $5000 per calendar year.
