Office Manager – Red Bank, NJ

We have created an opportunity for a new position as Office Manager.  The individual will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the corporate Red Bank office.  Specifically, the person will manage the relationship with our third party Information Technology company handling computer requisition and other technology requests as well as communicate with other third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization to set up processes such as phone systems, copier services and other office equipment.  Additionally, responsibilities will include working with Human Resources and other departments to onboard new staff and providing clerical support when needed to assist staff such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.  The successful candidate have at least an Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred and at least three years of office management experience required.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Receptionist/Tenant Relations Coordinator – Red Bank, NJ

The Receptionist/Tenant Relations Coordinator will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to, visitors, tenants, and other customers of the organization. Specifically, the Receptionist duties will include receiving mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and sorting and distributing items. The Tenant Relations Coordinator duties will include receiving tenant work orders via telephone, email, online, or in person and assigning responsibilities to property management staff.  Other responsibilities will include performing administrative and clerical support tasks to assist other departments including property management, human resources and accounting.  These additional responsibilities will include scanning invoices and files for accounts payable and receivable department.  The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including active listening as well as the ability to handle pressure situations by maintaining effective working relationships with customers and staff.  Ideally, an Associates degree and/or two to five years of similar experience is preferred.  Qualified applicants may forward resumes with salary requirements to:

Senior Property Accountant – Red Bank, NJ

Working as part of our team of accountants, the candidate will be responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of multiple properties on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The individual will work closely with Operational staff, other property accountants to facilitate the effective use of our cloud-based YARDI systems. Additionally, the person will assist and coordinate YARDI maintenance and system upgrades including setup of new properties and databases, report writing and analysis as necessary.

Specific accounting responsibilities include reconciliation of the property level general ledgers including routine accruals; daily reconciliation of cash accounts; budget variance analysis and assisting with budget preparation. Performs quarterly Cam reconciliations and assembles the necessary detail and back-up for the tenant’s use and assists in the preparation of management reports for investors and tenants.

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and two or more years of relevant work experience. Five or more years of similar real estate property accounting experience may be substituted for educational requirements. The individual must possess strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as with others and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong computer skills with a strong emphasis on Excel and excellent attention to detail are also necessary. Familiarity with YARDI accounting software is a plus.
