Construction Superintendent – Red Bank, New Jersey 

Job Description

As part of our Construction team, the individual will lead ground up development initiatives. Specific responsibilities will be as follows:

Specific Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors and vendors to complete each project on time.
  2. Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project.
  3. Communicate with the project team and support each subcontractor to execute his job duties effectively and efficiently.
  4. Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location.
  5. Maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site.
  6. Travel between multiple job sites and simultaneously manage work loads of individual projects.
  7. Identify and resolve problems and conflicts, organizing meetings and cooperating with team members in various roles as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five plus years of Superintendent experience overseeing large scale projects.
  • Knowledge of software programs, such as Microsoft Planner, ProCore, AutoCad, Bluebeam.
  • Ability to write reports and professional correspondence to vendors, contractors and other staff.
  • Good reading comprehension for technical documents, such as safety regulations, assembly and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organization skills.
  • Keen eye to identify non-compliance with regulations or standards and ability to suggest solutions for deficiencies or problems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for several hours at a time and to walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven ground.
  • Experience with managing demanding clients and offering creative solutions to meet commitments and requests

Real Estate Investment Analyst – Florida

Job Description

Be part of our excitement and company growth as we expand within our current markets and look for new opportunities.  We’re looking to add an analyst to work with members of the acquisition and development teams to assist with analysis relating to investment opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities

  1. Assemble and modify discounted cash flow projection models with respect to an investment, utilizing both Excel and Argus.
  2. Assist with all due diligence relating to new investments including but not limited to the review of third party environmental and engineering reports, title, survey, historical financial statements, leases, and market research.
  3. Assembling and drafting investment memos to be presented to Company and client investment committees.
  4. Monitor and analyze the financial performance of properties and portfolios.
  5. Create/maintain portfolio models.
  6. Assist with financing and disposition transactions.
  7. Assist with preparation and review of portfolio level and client reports.
  8. Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist with special projects when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Two or more years’ experience as an investment Analyst in a real estate firm.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling; high competency in preparing cash flows.
  • Proficient in Argus and Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel.
  • Proven track record of transaction experience.
  • Ideally experienced in investment underwriting of industrial, office and multi-family asset types.
  • Experience in preparing written investment recommendations and participating in investment opportunity presentations.
  • Candidate should be proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and possess the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
