Denholtz Associates Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for Trinity Rehab at Clark Commercial Center

Clark, N.J. (January 2, 2019) – Executives from Denholtz Associates were joined by representatives from Trinity Rehab to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Trinity’s new 2,758-square-foot location at 301 Terminal Avenue in the Clark Commercial Center in Clark, N.J.

Trinity Rehab is a group of physical therapy facilities with 12 locations throughout New Jersey. Trinity Rehab will utilize the space at Clark Commercial Center to add another location to their portfolio to better serve more communities throughout New Jersey.

The Clark Commercial Center was acquired by Denholtz Associates and their joint venture partner, MB1Capital Partners, in October of 2015. Shortly thereafter, construction began on a 13,000-square-foot retail space that opened earlier this year. In addition to Trinity Rehab, tenants at the new retail center include Waxing the City, CKOKickboxing, and Jersey Mike’s.

Comprised of 8 commercial buildings totaling 151,819 square feet, the Clark Commercial Center extends an entire block along Terminal Avenue in Clark, N.J., residing in one of NewJersey’s best demographic areas. The campus is located just off Exit 135 of the Garden State Parkway and a short distance from the New Jersey Turnpike, as well as strategically positioned within close-proximity to a wide-range of restaurants, banks, hotels and other suburban conveniences.

“Our brand-new retail center in Clark was built with the needs of the modern retail tenant in mind. The variety and number of tenants we have been able to attract to this location speaks to the successful implementation of our goal to create a property desirable to successful businesses and brands,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Denholtz Associates. “The addition of TrinityRehab, LLC expands upon the services already available at this property, and it speaks to our ability to continually attract occupants across asset classes and provide value back to our investors.”

William Lenaz of Jeffrey Realty & Co Inc. represented Denholtz Associates, while Alan Walker of Jeffrey Realty represented Trinity Rehab in the transaction.
