Denholtz Properties announces that it has signed three new lease deals totaling 4,043 square feet at the Oak Tree Business Center at 900-910 Oak Tree Road in South Plainfield, N.J. New lease deals include 1000 Degrees Pizza for 1,625 square feet, VetCor of Edison LLC for 1,365 square feet, and BA2CC Solutions Inc. for 1,053 square feet.
Established in New Jersey in 2014, 1000 Degrees is one of the nation’s fastest growing fast casual restaurant chains with locations in 18 states. Each 1000 Degrees location offers patrons a variety of custom brick oven fired pizzas, fire-roasted wings, and unique salads at affordable price points. As a part of the chain’s rapid New Jersey expansion, 1000 Degrees will also be opening a new location at 25 Route 22 East in Springfield later this year.
