Oceanport, N.J. (November 20, 2023) – Denholtz Properties announces the opening of Baseline Social, a 17,100-square-foot bar, restaurant, and entertainment venue located at The Commissary at Baseline in Oceanport, N.J.

Baseline Social joins fellow tenants Birdsmouth Beer, a craft brewery and tasting room, and MGT Foods, a third-generation, family-owned business behind brands such as Mr. Green Tea Ice Cream, Mr. Mochi, The Bear & The Rat Cool Treats for Dogs, and Eat Mud Non-Dairy Ice Cream at The Commissary at Baseline.

Baseline Social offers a one-stop entertainment, dining, and bar experience for the residents of Monmouth County and beyond. Guests are greeted by a 640-square-foot LED viewing wall perfect for watching games and a 38-seat platform lounge, ideal for live music or private events. Sports fans can also enjoy Baseline Social’s 3,700-square-foot entertainment section, featuring five virtual golf bays with full-swing technology.

The mezzanine area is equipped to host a variety of private events and gatherings. Additionally, a large outdoor bar and lounge section features 11 bar seats, diverse seating options with infrared heaters, and a firepit lounge with three-season access.
