Milestone marks the completion of three-building Novi portfolio

Concord, N.C. (February 21, 2025) – Executives from Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG), a boutique developer specializing in public-private partnerships, and Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, were joined by Concord Mayor Bill Dusch and local officials on February 20 to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Novi Lofts, a seven-story, 89-unit mixed-use community located at 26 Union Street in Concord, North Carolina.

Novi Lofts offers a mix of 89 studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments. Each residence features a modern layout, a gourmet kitchen with upgraded cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, refrigerators with ice makers, in-unit washers/dryers, and large closets.

Further enhancing the resident experience, Novi Lofts features 5,134 square feet of retail space which includes a ground-level Pilates studio, scheduled to open in March, and a rooftop restaurant space with scenic views overlooking downtown Concord.

Novi Lofts is the third and final piece of the Novi portfolio, comprising three interconnected lifestyle-branded mixed-use communities in downtown Concord. The portfolio includes Novi Rise, a 167-unit building with 3,504 square feet of retail space delivered in 2024, and Novi Flats, a 48-unit building with 2,333 square feet of retail space completed in 2023.
