Denholtz and Lansing Melbourne Group Sell Nashua, N.H. Development Site for $5M

Nashua, N.H. (March 3, 2025) – Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, and Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG), a boutique developer specializing in public-private partnerships, announce the sale of a development site at 44 Simon Street in Nashua, N.H. for $5M. Denholtz and LMG were represented by CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield represented the buyer, Greater Nashua Mental Health, in the transaction.

44 Simon Street is a 6.8-acre development site located near the intersection of Routes 3 and 111, offering convenient access to Interstate 93, a key New England highway corridor. The property was acquired in a joint venture between Denholtz and LMG in 2024.

Greater Nashua Mental Health is the nonprofit, state-designated community mental health center serving residents of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon and Nashua. The acquisition will allow the organization to construct a two-story mental health outpatient facility.
