(April 11, 2025) – Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, and Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG), a boutique developer specializing in public-private partnerships, announce the opening of BK Pilates’ 1,221-square-foot studio at NOVI Lofts, a seven-story, 89-unit mixed-use community located at 26 Union Street in Concord, North Carolina.

BK Pilates offers private and group Pilates classes with a variety of membership levels. The new studio at NOVI Lofts will be BK Pilates’ fourth location, joining its studios in Charlotte, North Carolina and Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
