Denholtz Bolsters Asset Management Team with Hirings of Warren Loy and Nicole Vasquez

Red Bank, N.J. (March 18, 2025) – Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, has hired Warren Loy as Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management and Nicole Vasquez as Vice President, Asset Management.
Loy brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role at Denholtz. As Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management, Loy will work closely with the firm’s executive leadership team to identify and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and investor returns across its over $2B national portfolio.
Loy joins Denholtz from Lendlease, an Australian-based international real estate investment company, where he served as Director of Asset Management. Prior to his time at Lendlease, Loy was Regional Manager of Related Companies, a global real estate and lifestyle company, overseeing the performance of an expansive portfolio of properties across asset classes and markets including Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington D.C. and New York City. He holds a bachelor's degree from the City College of New York and has completed advanced coursework in real estate finance at New York University.

Vasquez boasts more than a decade of experience and demonstrated success in property and asset management. As Vice President, Asset Management, she will work closely with Loy to optimize asset performance across Denholtz’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Denholtz, Vasquez was the Vice President of Asset Management at Onyx Equities, a leading real estate investment and property services firm based in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Before Onyx Equities, she began her career as Assistant Property Manager at Lowe Enterprises, a national real estate development, investment and management company headquartered in Los Angeles. She holds a master’s degree in real estate finance and investments from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
