Denholtz Names Alexander Kotlyarevsky as Chief Financial Officer

Red Bank, N.J. (April 3, 2025) – Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, has appointed Alexander Kotlyarevsky as Chief Financial Officer.  


As CFO, Kotlyarevsky will oversee the firm’s financial strategy, planning and infrastructure, business intelligence, compliance reporting, treasury and accounting, providing actionable financial insights to guide Denholtz’s national investment strategy. He will work closely with the executive team to manage the firm’s continued evolution into a premier national commercial real estate investment manager. 


Kotlyarevsky brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, business intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, and capital raising. He joins Denholtz from CRM Residential, a full-service multifamily property management firm with over 11,000 units nationwide. As CFO, he oversaw all accounting and strategic finance functions and managed the firm’s corporate financial model. Before CRM Residential, Kotlyarevsky held senior financial leadership roles at Premier Developers/Premier Concrete Systems, Intellego Capital Partners, Maxx Properties, AR Global Investments, Cushman & Wakefield, and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Kotlyarevsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University.
