Denholtz Welcomes First Two Tenants to Brand-New Freehold, N.J. Industrial Building


Freehold, N.J. (February 25, 2025) – Denholtz, a leading privately held investment management firm, has signed leases with Manière De Voir (MDV) for 32,191 square feet and Spectrotel, Inc. for 8,658 square feet at 245 Willow Brook Road, its brand-new 100,771-square-foot light industrial building in Freehold, N.J.

Zimmel Associates’ President David Zimmel and Vice President Jordan Zimmel represented Denholtz in both transactions. Sonny Braha of Crown Onyx Advisors and George Skaliarinis of Kassin Sabbagh Realty (KSR) represented MDV and Bill Sitar of Sitar Realty represented Spectrotel, Inc.


Founded by Reece Wabara, MDV is a United Kingdom-based international luxury fashion brand. Leveraging its in-house design team, the company is dedicated to creating stylish, high-quality men's and women's clothing, shoes and accessories. MDV’s new space at 245 Willow Brook Road will support its distribution operations.


Based in Neptune, N.J., Spectrotel, Inc. is a leading provider of managed network solutions, offering comprehensive services including managed mobility, cloud communications, connectivity and professional services. The company will utilize its new space at 245 Willow Brook Road for warehousing, kitting, equipment configuration, and as a dispatch center, enabling Spectrotel to streamline its operations, enhance order fulfillment efficiency, and provide customers with faster deployment times.
