Italian cafe is the newest offering at Denholtz Properties’ transformative mixed-use community.

Denholtz Properties announces the opening of Filoncino Cafe at The Rail at Red Bank, a 57-unit mixed-use community located adjacent to the Red Bank train station.

Filoncino Cafe, an Italian bakery and café based in Staten Island, boasts an extensive menu featuring over 120 sandwich options, a variety of fresh baked goods, desserts, and Italian specialty items. Its 2,500-square-foot Red Bank location is the second store, providing an exciting destination for The Rail at Red Bank’s residents and the surrounding West Side community.

Filoncino Cafe joins a growing roster of tenants at The Rail at Red Bank, including its first retail tenant Melonhead, a juice, smoothie, and acai bowl shop. Earlier this year, Dr. Todd Goldstein, an award-winning cosmetic dentist, opened his practice, The Smile Aesthetic. The final tenant, Hydraderm Spa, offering a variety of facials, is set to open in the summer of 2024. With Hydraderm Spa's opening, the retail space at The Rail at Red Bank will be fully occupied.

The opening of Filoncino Cafe marks the latest chapter in Denholtz Properties’ transformative vision for Red Bank’s West Side neighborhood.
