Our in-house leasing team is focused on maximizing occupancy through market knowledge and efficient costing for tenant fit-up.

The leasing department coordinates leasing and marketing for the company’s national portfolio through partnerships with third-party brokers, net effective rent targets, and lease reporting.

Integration between the leasing and property management departments creates a seamless deal workflow from negotiation and tenant improvements, to commencement and tenant relations.

Denholtz Properties uses a hands-on approach to property management that is responsive to tenant needs.

The property management team is made up of property managers, tenant coordinators, building engineers and porters. One of the most technologically advanced real estate companies in the industry, we continually capitalize on innovations in state-of-the-art financial and property management systems. Denholtz also utilizes an online Service Request Helpline where tenants can enter work orders and receive instantaneous service and feedback.
