Case Studies

Denholtz has built a reputation for integrity, innovation and commitment to its tenants and capital partners

We didn’t endure for 67 years by accident. We endured by remaining true to our tenets of integrity, trust, and innovation – the very principles that brought the company this far.

We’ve endured by building relationships and repeat business, and by creating a culture of collaboration, service and responsiveness.

But mostly, we’ve endured by heeding the lessons of the past in a way that informed our future.

We’ve been around this block for nearly 70 years.

What began in 1954 in Edison, NJ, when Jack Denholtz, armed with a degree in economics and a “can do” spirit, decided to take a chance and become a general contractor and home builder, has evolved into a dynamic, innovative company with a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and flex space spanning five states.

Since then, Denholtz has been continually building on, and fine-tuning our processes. We always strive to get better. And we have. Over the years, our company has evolved into a skillful, well-oiled commercial real estate machine that’s flexible enough to be as big or as small as our clients need.

The best is yet to come.

Today, under the guidance of Steven, Denholtz Properties is focused on the future but remains committed to the same entrepreneurial spirit and principles that guided Jack so many years ago – integrity, innovation and commitment to quality.

As a result, expertise permeates every facet of our operations. From acquisitions, to market research, to finance, to construction and management – our skills are sharply honed and our people business savvy.

Our ability to adapt has always put us ahead of the curve and ahead of our competition. Out in front is where we’re most comfortable and most profitable – and where we plan to be for the next 67 years.
