DESCRIPTION

Denholtz Properties was awarded two parcels located in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. The Fort officially closed its doors as a U.S. Army installation in September 2011, and a new chapter in the Fort’s history began. The Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (FMERA) was created to guide the investment, growth and integration of Fort Monmouth and the surrounding communities. Denholtz Properties will develop the two parcels in to two separate modern mixed-use facilities, featuring technology, research, office, and retail functionality.
