Showcasing Continued Demand for Ocean County Industrial Space, Denholtz Associates Negotiates Three Lease Renewals at Toms River Flex Building

Toms River, N.J. (September 25, 2018) – Denholtz Associates announces three industrial/flex lease renewals at the Northampton Business Park at 1545-1575 Route 37 West in Toms River, N.J.  Lease renewals include Design Alternatives, Inc. for 3,200 square feet, KT’s Office Services, LLC. for 1,275 square feet and Wheel Traders, LLC for 4,500 square feet.

A 95,000-square-foot office and warehouse development situated in a campus-like setting, Northampton Business Park is strategically located in Ocean County’s fastest growing business corridor. Northampton Business Park can accommodate a wide variety of businesses from 1,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet and is currently home to a mix of light industrial, service and professional organizations.

The Northampton Business Park also features a highly accessible location on Route 37 West with easy access to the Garden State Parkway and Routes 9 and 70. Additionally, the business park is nearby a wide variety of public transportation options as well as a number of banking, retail and restaurants establishments.

“Although the larger industrial buildings and projects may garner more of the headlines, demand for small to mid-sized flex spaces like the Northampton Business Park is driving much of the nation’s industrial space boom,” said Christina Jordan, Director of Leasing at Denholtz Associates.  “That high level of demand for small to mid-sized industrial space coupled with a lack of supply throughout much of the market helps power our multi-tenant investment strategy and allows us to maintain high occupancy across our portfolio.”

Nick Pistolakis of Lakis Commercial Realty represented Denholtz Associates in the transactions.
