Greg Brown joined Denholtz Properties as Chief Operating Officer in 2020. Leveraging over 20 years of commercial real estate expertise, Greg has fundamentally overhauled the firm’s current processes and operations to optimize Denholtz Properties’ efficiency, boost profitability and position the organization for sustained growth. Through strategic hiring across Denholtz Properties’ service areas, Greg has successfully restructured the firm’s operations and broadened its depth of bench, poising to aggressively pursue future acquisition, investment and development opportunities in target markets. Greg holds Series 7 and Series 63 Financial Securities Licenses and earned a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University.
