Katie Kurtz Chief Executive Officer
Leveraging over two decades of institutional asset management experience, Katie leads the continued refinement of Denholtz Properties’ operational platform to capitalize on emerging commercial real estate investment opportunities nationwide.
Prior to joining Denholtz, Katie served as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Silverstein Properties. Her responsibilities spanned the firm’s portfolio of over $10B in commercial, residential and retail space as well as the development platform and lending business. Additionally, Katie has held leadership roles with AR Global (ARG), The Carlyle Group and New Mountain Finance Corporation.
As CEO, Katie is focused on growing the company’s platform to achieve new levels of success for the organization.
Katie holds a B.S. in Accountancy, a B.A. in German and a M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
