Mark Mahasky Director, Acquisitions & Capital Transactions
Since joining Denholtz Properties in 2021, Mark has worked closely with senior leadership to support growth through identifying and evaluating strategic ground-up development, redevelopment and acquisition opportunities throughout the east coast. He also oversees acquisitions and capital market activities which has resulted in over $1B in acquisitions and recapitalizations.
Prior to joining Denholtz, Mark was a Director of Capital Markets at JLL (previously HFF), serving both private and institutional clients and successfully managing nearly $3B in capital transactions across all asset types since 2015. Mark earned a B.A. in Economics and Communications from Rutgers University, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for NAIOP and March of Dimes NJ Chapter.
