Steven Denholtz Chairman
As Chairman, Steven draws on nearly 40 years of leadership experience to shape the strategic direction of Denholtz Properties, working closely with the executive team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
During his tenure as CEO, Steven guided the firm’s expansion into a national real estate asset manager with a portfolio valued at $2B, spanning multifamily, industrial, and office properties.
Steven’s leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the 2024 Charles Klatskin Lifetime Achievement Award from NAIOP NJ. He is an active board member of the Monmouth Conservation Foundation and the Kislak School of Real Estate at Monmouth University, where he also serves as an adjunct professor. Additionally, he has contributed his time and expertise to organizations such as the Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, and the Count Basie Center for the Arts.
Steven holds a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and both a B.A. and M.A. from Northwestern University.
