Denholtz Associates hosted a broker event on Thursday, April 14th at 270 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, where a $1.2 million renovation recently took place. Attending brokers were entered into a prize raffle, treated to lunch and given tours of the first-class space. Winners of the raffle included: $500 prize winner, Jonathan Marks of Cresa, $250 prize winner, Josh Porter of MRH and $250 prize winner, Reuben Torenberg of CBRE.
