Tampa, Fla. (May 25, 2017) – Denholtz Associates has announced that Empire Office Inc. has signed a 6,054-square-foot lease at The Times Building located at 1000 N. Ashley Avenue in Tampa, Fla.
The Times Building is a ten story, 180,000-square-foot office building that is one of the most recognizable buildings in the downtown Tampa area. The landmark building features a completely renovated lobby, new fitness center, shared conference facility, free downtown shuttle service and on-site property management team. The building is across the street from the Straz Performing Arts Center and is part of the resurgent Tampa Cultural Arts District. The property also offers easy access to I-275, which is the main highway throughout the Tampa Bay region and Tampa International Airport is just a short drive away.
Empire Office Inc., the largest commercial furniture dealer in the world, has locations all over the country and will utilize the Tampa office to support its growing Florida sales and installation business.
