Orlando, FL (March 29, 2017) – Denholtz Associates has announced that DLR Group, Inc. has signed a lease renewal for 8,960 square feet of space at 100 East Pine Street in Orlando, FL.

With a focus on hospitality, retail/mixed-use, workplace, K-12 education, higher education, justice and civic, and sports design, their award-winning work includes countless unique and exciting projects in cities across the United States. Their Orlando office allows them to continue to participate in the growth of the Orlando market and execute projects throughout Florida.
100 East Pine Street is an 83,000-square-foot, six-story office building in the heart of downtown Orlando. Since acquiring the building in last year, Denholtz Associates has embarked on significant renovations to the property including a completely renovated building lobby, and modern upgrades to the building’s common corridors and mechanical systems, which were just completed at the end of October 2016. Improvements to exterior and interior features including a new office awning, painting of the exterior of the building, lighting of the building crown and new elevators are underway and slated for completion later in 2017.
