St. Petersburg, Fla. (May 23, 2017) – Denholtz Associates announces that Taylor Media Corporation has signed a lease for 22,682 square feet of office and rooftop space at 490 First Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg.

Taylor Media Corporation will occupy 21,514-square-feet of office space at 490 First Avenue in addition to 1,168-square-feet of rooftop space to be used as a communal gathering area for employees.
490 First Avenue is a 240,000-square-foot, eight story office building within walking distance of dozens of premier and independently owned shops and restaurants, world-class museums, the Mahaffey Theater, a Publix grocery store, the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and thousands of residential units. The centrally located building will provide Taylor Media Corporation with an ideal live-work-play destination geared towards hiring and retaining millennial employees and top area talent.
490 First Avenue is in the midst of an ongoing renovation and modernization project that will further position the building as the prime office destination in the St. Petersburg market. Improvements to the property include updating its existing lobby, café, common spaces and enhancing fixtures and mechanicals throughout the building. In addition to Taylor Media Corporation, anchor tenant Times Publishing Company recently signed a 15-year lease to continue to occupy 110,000 square feet of space at the building.
