Denholtz Properties Adds In-House Paralegal to Enhance Leasing Operations

Denholtz Properties announces the addition of Loretta Speranzo as paralegal to further enhance and streamline its in-house leasing operations.

Bringing nearly 30 years of paralegal experience into her new role with Denholtz Properties, the addition of Speranzo marks the company’s latest move to increase the efficiency and tenant service capabilities of its in-house leasing team. Previously serving as a real estate paralegal with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, PA, Speranzo was responsible for managing commercial and residential real estate transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Prior to her time with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, PA, Speranzo also served as Legal Assistant for the New York State Supreme Court, Legal Assistant for Anthony J. Castellano, P.C., and Legal Secretary for Orin J. Cohen, Esq.

In her new role with Denholtz Properties, Speranzo will provide in-house legal services to Denholtz Properties’ leasing team as it executes new leases, renewals, and amendments, as well as other leasing processes across the company’s over 5-million-square-foot commercial portfolio. Through the addition of an in-house paralegal, Denholtz Properties will be able to accelerate each phase of the leasing process to create added efficiencies and cost-savings for both the company and its tenants.

The addition of Speranzo marks another milestone in Denholtz Properties’ multi-year initiative to streamline its in-house leasing team. Already leveraging and integrating leading commercial real estate technology platforms such as VTS, Yardi, CommercialCafe, and VendorCafe, Denholtz Properties’ leasing platform is among the most tech-driven in the real estate industry. Through the successful integration of technology and a consistent focus on efficiency in its implementation, the company’s employees spend less time manually entering data, billing vendors, and pulling reports and more time focusing on driving value through strategic leasing efforts across the portfolio.

“Advancing our organization to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency at all times is a priority for our team,” said Greg Brown, COO of Denholtz Properties. “With hundreds of tenants across multiple states and asset classes, the addition of in-house legal services paired with the implementation of leading real estate technologies will provide our leasing team with increased speed and efficiency as they seek to drive value through strategic leasing across our portfolio. Loretta’s experience will play a key role in our continued optimization and she will be an invaluable asset to our leasing team.”
