Denholtz Properties’ Chairman Steven Denholtz, Managing Partner Stephen Cassidy and CEO Katie Kurtz Named to NJBIZ’s 2024 Commercial Real Estate Power 50 List

Denholtz Properties is pleased to announce that Chairman Steven Denholtz, Managing Partner Stephen Cassidy and CEO Katie Kurtz have been named to NJBIZ’s 2024 Commercial Real Estate Power 50 list.

Announced annually, the NJBIZ Commercial Real Estate Power 50 list celebrates the vision and leadership of the most influential real estate executives and municipal leaders in New Jersey.

This recognition of Denholtz, Cassidy and Kurtz follows the recent growth of Denholtz Properties’ expansive national portfolio. In 2024, the firm acquired the Lehigh Valley Portfolio, an 18-building, 723,734-square-foot flex/industrial portfolio spread across Allentown and Bethlehem, and Clovis Crossing, a two-building, 213,125-square-foot industrial property in San Marcos, Texas.

Denholtz Properties is also in the midst of executing several development projects, including The Rail at Bound Brook, a 143-unit luxury multifamily community located at 100 Hamilton Street in Bound Brook, N.J and North Park at Bridgewater, a 73,429-square-foot industrial building located at 1 W. Chimney Rock Road in Bridgewater, N.J.
