Denholtz Properties announces a lease extension for 8,474 square feet with Decile.Ten Communications at 150 Morristown Road in Bernardsville, N.J.
Last year, Denholtz Properties completed a half-million-dollar capital improvement project at the two-story, 54,599-square-foot Class-A office building aimed at creating a modern and flexible office space geared towards the demands of today’s tenants. The improvement project included significant upgrades to the lobby, including the addition of a media wall, new healthy vending options, new lighting, new contemporary furniture and fixtures, new flooring, upgraded HVAC, and replacement of the existing walkway. A new café/lounge seating area was also added to create an open communal space that allows tenants to grab a healthy snack, unwind, or catch up on the news.
In addition to its new features, the building boasts flexible units ranging from 800 to 6,000 square feet and offers an ideal location in the heart of Somerset County, just minutes from downtown Bernardsville and six miles from downtown Morristown. The location offers immediate access to Route 202 and easy access to Routes 24 and 206 and I-78 and I-80. The building’s proximity to several leading New Jersey pharmaceutical companies continues to make it an ideal fit for Decile.Ten Communications, a boutique medical communications company with clients across the United States.
“We continually strive to create office buildings that companies, large and small, in a diverse variety of markets can be proud to call home,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Denholtz Properties. “The physical location, although vitally important, is just one part of accomplishing that strategy as we also place a tremendous emphasis on superior tenant service and ongoing capital investments to ensure our spaces are among the finest in their local markets. This latest extension speaks to the success of that strategy at 150 Morristown and our continued ability to drive strong multitenant leasing activity at the building.”
David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz Associates and Charlie Dillon of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Parsippany office represented Decile.Ten Communications in the transaction.
