With over 400 people in attendance, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy and Red Bank Mayor Pasquale Menna celebrated the grand opening for Denholtz Properties’ brand-new office at 116 Chestnut Street in Red Bank, N.J.
Joined by local dignitaries, Denholtz Properties’ long-time project partners, and members of the local community, Governor Murphy and Mayor Menna applauded the company’s move to downtown Red Bank and their renewed commitment to community-focused real estate development across New Jersey.
The company, formerly known as Denholtz Associates, announced their rebrand as Denholtz Properties last week. The next evolution in the 65-year history of the Denholtz name, Denholtz will refocus the company’s investment strategy in emerging markets, particularly in central New Jersey and Florida, with a special emphasis on industrial, office, retail and residential development in transit-oriented urban cores to bring transformative real estate development to local communities.

Building upon the community spirit of the evening, Denholtz also welcomed JBJ Soul Kitchen, a Red Bank-based non-profit community restaurant run by the Jon Bon Jovi Foundation, to help cater the event. In addition to JBJ Soul Kitchen, the event featured food from Red Bank-based restaurants including; Chowda House, Senor Peppers, Catch 19, Local Smoke BBQ, Birravino, 26 West, Antoinette Boulangerie, Lady K’s Bake Shop, and Cupcake Magician.
The firm’s brand-new office at 116 Chestnut Street is just feet from the Red Bank NJ Transit train station demonstrating their commitment to their new strategy. Home to more than 60 employees, the 12,080-square-foot office space has been meticulously designed around the needs of a truly modern real estate company. The new space features a clean, contemporary urban style with polished concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, standing desks, employee lockers, ample huddle and conference rooms with enhanced technology features, computerized HVAC controls, LED lighting fixtures, and custom artwork throughout the space. The new office will enable Denholtz Properties to provide superior real estate solutions through enhanced collaboration.
