Denholtz Properties announces 13,287 square feet of leasing activity at The Times Building at 1000 N. Ashley Avenue in Tampa, Fla. Leases include a new lease with Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C., for 8,635 square feet, a renewal and expansion for Barbara J. Prasse, P.A. for 2,416 square feet and a renewal with American Mortgage Services for 2,236 square feet. Hazen and Sawyer, D.P.C. were represented by Curtis Dean of CD Commercial Real Estate Services.
The Times Building is a ten story, 180,000-square-foot office building that is one of the most recognizable buildings in the downtown Tampa area. The building is across the street from the Straz Performing Arts Center and is part of the resurgent Tampa Cultural Arts District. The property also offers easy access to I-275, the main highway throughout the Tampa Bay region and is just a short drive away from the Tampa International Airport.
