Denholtz Properties announces a lease renewal with Zel Tech Training Solutions, LLC (ZTS), for 18,732 square feet of flex industrial space at 7103 University Boulevard in the University Corporate Center in Winter Park, Fla.
ZTS provides leading-edge live fire and simulated force-on-force ground combat training solutions to the US military. In proximity to the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), MacDill Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Patrick Air Force Base, the University Corporate Center provides ZTS with a well-located office to better serve customers in the area.
