Mixed-use community’s retail space is now fully occupied
Red Bank, N.J. (September 6, 2023) – Denholtz Properties, a leading commercial real estate investment and development company, announces it has negotiated a 1,970-square-foot lease with Hydraderm Spa at The Rail at Red Bank, the company’s transformative mixed-use ground-up development in Red Bank’s West Side neighborhood. The lease brings The Rail at Red Bank’s 7,500 square feet of retail to full occupancy.
Scheduled to open in early 2024, Hydraderm Spa is a high-end beauty and health spa offering a range of services including facials, buccal massage, micro-needling, hydrafacial, radio frequency, body massage and wrapping. Currently operating a spa in Englishtown, its location at The Rail at Red Bank will expand its services to the local community and add another exciting retail destination at the property.
Hydraderm Spa joins an impressive roster of carefully curated tenants that provide residents of The Rail at Red Bank and the surrounding neighborhood with a diverse range of high-end services and dining options. The current tenants include Melonhead, a juice, smoothie and acai bowl shop, Filoncino Café, an Italian bakery and café and Todd Goldstein, DDS, a highly sought-after cosmetic dentist. Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial represented Denholtz Properties in all four transactions.
Above The Rail at Red Bank’s diverse array of retail tenants, its 57 luxury residences are also now fully leased. In addition to the onsite business and those found in the surrounding community, residents of The Rail at Bank can enjoy access to a robust amenity package that includes two outdoor decks with fireplaces, seating areas, outdoor TVs and grills, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor dog park, bike storage, a yoga studio, a clubroom with desks and kitchen areas and a game room with pool table.
“Retail offerings must be viewed as a key part of any mixed-use building’s amenity package,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President, Leasing at Denholtz Properties. “We knew that it was critical to attract tenants who could provide unique experiences to our residents and the Red Bank community. We are excited to celebrate full occupancy of both the retail and residential portions of our new community as we welcome Hydraderm Spa to The Rail at Red Bank family.”
Ekaterina Vasileva, owner of Hydraderm Spa added, “As we embarked on our search for a second location for our business, our priority was to find a space that offered our clients onsite parking as well as convenient access to a variety of complementary restaurants, shopping, and cultural options. After touring The Rail at Red Bank, it was clear that it checked all of our boxes and would be the perfect location for us to serve our growing client base across Monmouth County.”
