Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc Takes 11,500 Square Feet at Fairfield Business Center

Piscataway, NJ (October 7, 2015) –Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, has announced that Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc. has leased 11,500 square feet in Building 373D at Fairfield Business Center in Fairfield, NJ. Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides vocational training and resources to individuals facing barriers to employment.

Fairfield Business Center consists of seven buildings totaling 335,000 square feet on Route 46 West in Fairfield. Each building features flexible floor plans, custom finished exteriors, ample parking and on-site professional management.
