Freehold, N.J. (November 22, 2023) – Denholtz Properties is pleased to congratulate Sonya Bryant-Brown on winning the Award of Excellence, Property Manager at the New Jersey Apartment Association’s (NJAA) 2023 Garden State Awards held on November 8 at iPlay America in Freehold, N.J.
Judged by a panel of peers and industry experts from New Jersey and beyond, the achievement distinguishes Bryant-Brown as one of the most exceptional property managers in the state. To qualify for consideration for the award, nominees were required to submit an application accompanied by photos, letters of endorsement from residents and/or peers, and other relevant supporting documents.
Bryant-Brown has been the property manager for The Rail at Red Bank, a 57-unit mixed-use community in Red Bank’s West Side neighborhood since it opened to tenants in May of 2022.
