Jenniffer joined Denholtz Properties in November 2020. Jenniffer’s three-decade-long career in real estate and financial management assists in focusing on maximizing efficiency across the organization as Chief Financial Officer. She streamlines internal processes and identifies novel applications of the latest financial technologies. Leveraging an extensive background in business intelligence, budgeting, forecasting and strategy, Jenniffer works closely with the firm’s executive team to provide the real-time, actionable financial insights needed to make data-driven investment decisions. Jenniffer holds a B.S. from Lehigh University in Accounting.
