For nearly two decades, Stephen has played a vital role on Denholtz Properties’ executive team. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in the firm’s transformation into a fully integrated commercial real estate asset manager.
As Managing Partner, Stephen focuses on overseeing Denholtz Properties’ capital markets and fundraising operations as the firm expands and diversifies its $2B portfolio of assets under management.
Leveraging his financial acumen and deep knowledge of real estate capital markets, Stephen is instrumental in structuring the firm’s capitalization packages for strategic acquisitions, repositioning efforts, and development projects. Stephen also collaborates with the firm’s executive team to identify operational efficiencies that enhance its ability to capitalize on emerging investment opportunities nationwide.
He holds both a B.S. and an M.S. from Rutgers University and serves on the Advisory Board of the Rutgers Business School Center for Real Estate.
