Denholtz Associates Negotiates 32,854 Square Feet in Leases at Newly Renovated Office Space in South Plainfield, N.J. 

South Plainfield, N.J. (September 27, 2018) – Denholtz Associates announces that it has signed leases with 15 companies for 39,987 square feet of office space throughout 2018 in the Oak Tree Business Center at 900-910 Oak Tree Road in South Plainfield, N.J.

Denholtz Associates’ recent continued strong leasing activity at the Oak Tree Business Center through the first eight months of 2018 was capped off with two leases at 910 Oak Tree Road. Bluestone Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hatzel & Buehler, Inc. that provides diversified telecommunications installation and maintenance services, leased 7,425 square feet and Continental Fire & Safety Services, LLC, a fire, safety and suppression equipment and services provider, renewed its lease for 7,275 square feet.

These leases highlight the unique adaptability of the 140,000-square-foot, six building Oak Tree Business Center. Denholtz Associates recently completed a renovation project at the property that included new paint and fixtures throughout the common areas of the building that will ensure the building remains a top destination in Middlesex County for a wide variety of businesses. In addition to highly flexible office space, the Center also boasts a convenient location with access to Routes 22 and 27, Interstates 78 and 287 as well as the Garden State Parkway. Additionally, Newark Liberty International Airport is less than 30 minutes away and the property is within a short drive of an abundance of restaurants, banks, hotels and conveniences.
