Denholtz Properties’ Transformation of The Commissary at Baseline Earns ULI Northern New Jersey 2024 Excellence Award

Denholtz Properties announces The Commissary at Baseline, its 53,700-square-foot multipurpose dining and entertainment center located in Oceanport, N.J., has won the 2024 Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Northern New Jersey’s Excellence Award in the Entertainment/Hospitality category.

The ULI Northern New Jersey Excellence Awards honor the outstanding people and projects that have shaped the regional real estate landscape. Honorees are selected by an independent panel of judges across a range of categories including Residential, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Suburban Development, Long-Term Adaptive Reuse, Leadership in Real Estate – Professional Services and more.

Located in District A of the decommissioned Fort Monmouth U.S. Army base, The Commissary at Baseline is a one-of-its-kind immersive dining and entertainment experience. The fully leased property is home to Baseline Social, an innovative restaurant and entertainment venue; Birdsmouth Beer, a craft brewery and tasting room; and MGT Foods, a food technology and manufacturing company behind popular brands such as Mr. Green Tea Ice Cream, Mr. Mochi, The Bear & The Rat Cool Treats for Dogs and Eat Mud Non-Dairy Ice Cream.
