Denholtz Properties announces it has won the 2023 Planning Merit Award from the Monmouth County Planning Board for The Rail at Red Bank, the company’s mixed-use luxury rental community located at 118 Chestnut Street in Red Bank, N.J. Director of Development Steven Lidster and Property Manager Steve Zaro accepted the award on behalf of Denholtz Properties at the Monmouth County Planning Board meeting held on December 18 in Freehold, N.J.

Since 1984, the Monmouth County Planning Board’s Planning Merit Award Program has recognized plans, projects, programs, individuals, municipalities, businesses, community leaders, and stakeholder organizations that have significantly contributed towards the advancement of planning and planning outcomes in Monmouth County.

Situated in the heart of Red Bank’s West Side neighborhood, The Rail at Red Bank is a transformative mixed-use ground-up development composed of 57 upscale apartments coupled with over 6,500 square feet of ground-level retail space. “We are thrilled that the Monmouth County Planning Board has recognized The Rail at Red Bank for the substantial impact it’s had on the lives of Monmouth County residents and the local economy,” said Lidster. “Denholtz Properties is committed to making a positive impact in each community we are part of, and The Rail at Red Bank is a shining example of our ability to do just that.”
