Each year, the NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design awards celebrate individuals and companies changing New Jersey’s commercial real estate landscape through development, design, construction and project management. Nominations for the award were submitted through an open process and then evaluated by an independent panel of judges to determine the list of 2023 honorees.

As Project Manager, Brzezinski oversees all aspects of construction for the firm’s diverse portfolio of multifamily, industrial/flex and office properties. Highlighting Brzezinski’s work is his success in leading Denholtz Properties’ The Commissary at Baseline project, a bold reimagination of the former commissary at the decommissioned Fort Monmouth army base in Oceanport, N.J. Brzezinski’s expertise and creativity helped transform the building into a new space geared towards unique food and beverage concepts. The building is now at full occupancy and is home to tenants MGT Foods, Birdsmouth Beer and Baseline Social. Today, The Commissary at Baseline stands as one of Denholtz Properties’ flagship assets among their extensive portfolio.
